Privacy policy
Last updated: July 12, 2026.
This policy describes use of the public site and the principles applied to the Clinical Corvus beta. Each deployment involving clinical data requires its own validation of roles, retention, contracts, and local requirements.
What this site collects
Do not send protected health information, credentials, or patient identifiers by email, GitHub, public discussions, or social media. Those channels are for contact, public support, and security reports.
The site operator may receive information you voluntarily submit, such as your name, organization, email address, and contact message. It is used only to respond to the contact or organize a requested evaluation.
Data in the product
In the beta, identifiable patient context should remain inside the configured backend boundary by default. Sharing with external providers depends on environment configuration and approved flows; it is not assumed safe simply because a provider is enabled.
See Privacy and trust for the technical exceptions, tenant controls, and checks required before a pilot.
Your requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of contact information supplied to the site, email contato@clinicalcorvus.com. Do not include PHI in the request.
Updates
This page will be updated when the site, contact flows, or operating posture materially change. Pilot- or deployment-specific terms prevail over this public policy where a separate agreement exists.
